🚗💨 No Roads Needed! 💨🚗

Do you have a disruptive technology or service that solves a problem differently? Sometimes you need to show your customers the benefits by taking them on the adventure and doing it in a different way - just like Doc did in Back To The Future! #disruptivetechnology #BackToTheFuture #adventuretime

TRANSCRIPT: At the end of the movie Back To The Future, There's a scene where Marty and Doc are getting ready to go on their next adventure. And Doc has updated the DeLorean. He's got a “Mr. Fusion” nuclear reactor. He's filled it full of banana peels and trash and stuff like that. And they're getting ready to go, and Marty looks over at Doc and says, “Hey, we don't have enough roads. There's not enough road in front of us to get to 88 miles an hour,” like they've always done. And so Doc looks over and says “Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.” And they proceed to, you know, take off and fly away. When you are working with a disruptive technology or a new service that does it completely different way — a paradigm shift, Sometimes you feel probably like Doc. And your customers or your prospects that you're trying to sell to, trying to grow your business in, look like or sound like Marty. Hey, we've always done it this way. We've always had roads. We've always had time machines that use That go to 88 mph on the road. Right? And you're the Doc character. You're trying to show them the benefits of going on an adventure and doing it in a different way. Sometimes it's best. The best way to do it (you have a captive audience, like Marty in the car), is to show them. And so just want to encourage you if you have that disruptive technology, if you're listening to somebody who's pitching you a disruptive technology or solution, listen to them. Have an open mind. And if you are the one pitching it or you're the one selling or growing, hang in there and show your perspective customers or clients, the benefits that come from using your disruptive technology. Alright. Take care.
