FEELING out of control doesn't mean EVERYTHING is out of control

A lot of times as business leaders, you think, “I've got to get all this stuff done myself,” and I was talking to a client recently, who said that he came to the realization, he was feeling a little bit overwhelmed with things and he was like, you know, FEELING out of control does not mean that EVERYTHING is out of control. I thought that was such a poignant and well-said phrase, A lot of times we're thinking everything depends on us. And, as Leaders, you're responsible for a lot. But you also have a team that cares deeply about what you're doing , colleagues that can help you, friends. It's a good time to pause when you're feeling that way. Good time to pause and list out all the things you’ve got to get done. the things you can postpone, the things you can offload, or get somebody to help you with it. So, there's a lot of ways you can reduce that overwhelming feeling, but I just thought it was a great word of encouragement, and I wanted to share it with you.
