Meet Jonathan Barnes
Since 2000, Jonathan has been shaping his career across multiple industries. Starting as a recruiter, he placed hundreds of professionals and later led branch offices for Maxim Healthcare Services, expanding the company's services across key locations.
In 2012, Jonathan transitioned to the realm of data and analytics, leading sales efforts at Care Technology Systems. His tenure there culminated in the team being awarded two patents for their innovative approach to delivering insights for caregivers.
Jonathan ventured into entrepreneurship in 2014, founding Staffing as a Mission (SaaM), a healthcare IT staffing and recruiting company. Over five and a half years, SaaM's impact grew, collaborating with health systems in over 40 states, making the Inc. 5000 list in 2019.
In 2020, Jonathan embarked on a new chapter with the launch of Work Heartily, a fractional executive leadership, coaching, and advisory firm. Drawing on his extensive leadership experience, he and his team have offered guidance to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 1000 companies.
